Please note that every item on the Site is handmade to order and takes up to 3 weeks to be produced. Each item has a unique appearance and will not exactly replicate the item displayed on the Site. Stones embedded in the items will vary in appearance from the item displayed on the Site based on the natural properties of the stone. Items cannot be returned on the basis of variation from the item as displayed on the Site. By ordering and paying for an item from the Site, you are making an offer to purchase that item, which offer is subject to the following terms and conditions and availability. All items available for purchase on the Site are made to order. We dispatch all orders within 15 business days, the length of production time. Shipping information is outlined at paragraph 3 below. By ordering and paying for an item from the Site, users acknowledge that they are the holder of a valid credit card or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. We reserves the right to reject any offer made by a user. If an offer is accepted, the user will receive email confirmation that the offer has been accepted and that the order has been processed. In placing an order, the user undertakes that all personal information and details are true and accurate and that the user is authorized to pay for the item(s) subject to the order using the relevant credit card/debit card and that there are sufficient funds in the relevant account to cover the cost of the order. All prices advertised on the Site are subject to change without notice.If any details provided by the user are incorrect, resulting in a lost or delayed order, we are not liable for any losses incurred by the user. If any details provided by the user are incorrect, resulting in an order that is returned to us after having been dispatched, the user is liable to pay any further shipping costs incurred.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail. Items ship from our facilities within 24 hours, with a 1-3 day delivery timeline for all US orders. International orders can take anywhere between 5-20 days. Once your order is shipped, an email will be sent out with a tracking number for your package. Once a package is beyond the United States border, it is no longer trackable. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing your order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing) due to our oversight, please contact us with your order number as well as the return information. Returns must be notified of, confirmed and returned within 10 days (domestic orders) 20 days (international orders) from the time of fulfillment. Items must be returned in their original packaging including all tags. Returns that are received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process will be denied and held responsible by the customer. Once we have received the returned products, we will inspect them and process the exchange/refund within 48 hours. We do not offer exchanges at this time. State taxes, county taxes and special district taxes are nonrefundable. Shipping cost is nonrefundable. If you need a different size, item, etc. please place a new order for the item and return your current Full Priced item for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning any item/s using a trackable shipping method. All shipping costs are non-refundable. Occasionally there may be information on our Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability.
